There are many reasons If you found not able to get the right answer.
1. Way and format of asking question.
2. Ego / lower desire involved and interfere the answer.
3. Blocks and interferences
4. Sources of asking question
So it is best to identify the blocks and causes, then you can communicate effectively with the source.
